Cards info......
As all cards are individually hand-made, it is not possible to send free samples. Sample invitations can be provided at a cost of £1.50 each plus p&p. If you require different colours to the standard designs, please let us know and we will create the samples in your chosen colours if we have them available. The cost of this service is fully refundable when you place a wedding stationery order (up to 3 samples only).
Prices for individual items are shown below. There is no minimum order. Prices include printed inserts for invitations, orders of service and menus.

Ordering. You can place a wedding stationery order using the contact us form . We will confirm your order via email with details on how to pay. You may either send a cheque for 50% of your total order to 'BDK Family' or you can pay online with a credit card using the secure PayPal website. If you prefer, you can send your order details by post (to the address at the bottom of the page) or simply 'phone us on 01472 509803. When we contact you, we will also discuss your exact requirements (colour schemes, invitation wording etc).

Samples. As each card is made to order by hand, it is not possible to send out free samples. Invitation samples can be ordered at a cost of £1.50 each plus p&p. This will take you to the secure PayPal  website where you can pay online with a credit card.  We aim to send out samples within 7 days of receiving payment. If ordering from outside the UK, please contact us first to obtain postage costs.

Customisation. It is our aim to provide you with stationery that exactly meets your requirements. If you require different wording, typeface, or colours, please state your requirements on the order form and we will be in touch. If you have your own ideas for designs, please contact us to discuss them. No order is too small!

Envelopes and insert pages. Co-ordinating envelopes are included with invitations, reply cards and thank you cards. Invitations, Orders of Service and Menus also include printed insert pages in a co-ordinating paper. Inserts can also be printed on vellum for an extra 15p per card.

Proofs. Once we have received your order, we will send you a proof copy for your approval. Please check all the details, make any amendments, then sign and return the proof. If you wish to amend your order after you have returned the proof, a further charge will be involved.

Payment. Wedding stationery orders of £50 or under are payable at the time of ordering. If over £50 a deposit of 50% is required at the time of a firm order. The balance is payable prior to delivery. We can either invoice you using PayPal, where you will be directed to the secure PayPal site, for online payments, or you can send a cheque made payable to 'BDK Familyr'. Once this has been received, your order will be dispatched.

Delivery. A date for delivery of your stationery will be agreed with you in advance. Please allow 4-6 weeks if possible. However, if you require your stationery sooner, please ask, and we'll try to accommodate you. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.75 for all wedding stationery orders (free if your order totals £250 or more) to any address in mainland UK or Northern Ireland. Delivery will be by Royal Mail or courier and a signature will be required on delivery.

Cancellations and returns. You may cancel your order any time until we receive your signed proofs. Once we have received your signed proofs, your order cannot be cancelled and must be paid for in full. As the stationery is personalised, we will not accept returns unless the stationery has not matched your signed proof.
